ph776 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the ph776 website at ph776.one, the ph776 mobile application, and all associated gaming services, tools, and features made available by ph776.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the ph776 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the ph776 Platform and is using the services offered therein.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available on the ph776 Platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, sports betting, Monster Fight, and Handball.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a Player's ph776 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by ph776 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a Bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by ph776 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

To register and maintain an Account on ph776, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph776 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and non-human actors are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of ph776 or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• You must not already hold an existing ph776 Account. ph776 enforces a strict one account per person policy. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements. ph776 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account at its sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their ph776 Account credentials, including their username, password, and OTP verification codes. The following rules apply to all ph776 Accounts:

• Account Security: You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph776 will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility.
• One Account Policy: Each Player may hold only one active ph776 Account. Creating multiple Accounts to exploit bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account Accuracy: You must keep your Account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number or other personal details must be submitted to ph776 support for verification before taking effect.
• Non-Transferability: ph776 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account balance to another person.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ph776 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered mobile number.

ph776 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice where circumstances require immediate action.

All financial transactions on the ph776 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph776 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Cards: Philippine bank-issued debit cards

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your ph776 Wallet, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5–10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PST on banking days. ph776 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard cashout requests; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

KYC Verification: ph776 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing their first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. ph776 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account settings. ph776 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion, with notice provided to affected Players.

ph776 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all ph776 bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each individual promotion. ph776 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. The standard bonus validity period is 7 calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Abuse Prevention: ph776 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers unfairly.
• Withdrawal of Real Funds: Where a Player holds both real money and Bonus Funds in their Wallet, real money funds will be used first for wagering unless the Player has opted into a specific bonus that requires bonus funds to be wagered first.

All games available on the ph776 Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across all ph776 Games:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ph776 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details before confirming.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. ph776 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, ph776 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Wallets. ph776's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: ph776 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's internet disconnection during gameplay. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing bets.
• Game Results: All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game. ph776 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, WBSS). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, ph776's decision — made in good faith based on available official information — is final.

ph776 reserves the right to suspend any game or betting market at any time for operational, regulatory, or technical reasons without prior notice to Players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph776 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the ph776 Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the ph776 Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph776 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

ph776 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph776 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of their current gaming session and their net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed and no bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gaming may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the permanent closure of the Account for the requested period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.

All content on the ph776 Platform — including but not limited to the ph776 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph776 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph776 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph776 content without prior written authorization.
• Use the ph776 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ph776 Platform.
• Create derivative works based on ph776 content or software.

Any unauthorized use of ph776 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action. ph776 actively monitors for and enforces its intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph776 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph776 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the ph776 Platform.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service disruptions outside ph776's reasonable control.

ph776's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph776's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph776 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to ph776's collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

ph776 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions.
• Compliance with KYC, AML, and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Delivering personalized promotions and communications where you have opted in.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and prohibited conduct.

ph776 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed gaming providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary for service delivery. Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by Player: You may close your ph776 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC verification is confirmed. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

Termination by ph776: ph776 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.
• Conduct that ph776 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Where an Account is closed by ph776 due to a breach of these Terms, ph776 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part at ph776's discretion.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph776 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ph776 that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution Process: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players must first submit a written complaint to ph776 support. ph776 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 business days. If the dispute remains unresolved after this period, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or seek resolution through the Philippine courts.

ph776 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph776 will notify registered Players via the contact details on file (SMS or in-platform notification) at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ph776.one/terms-conditions, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the page. Your continued use of the ph776 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the ph776 Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
